Tram Sunday – Fleetwood Festival of Transport – Sunday 15 July 2018
Have you got an interesting form of transport?
Then Tram Sunday wants to hear from you!
The organisers of Fleetwood Festival of Transport want to hear from you if you’ve got any kind of interesting form of transport. From cars and vans, to bikes and lorries.
Fleetwood Festival of Transport
Over the years Tram Sunday has grown into a festival which includes something of interest for all the family, with music, entertainment, arts and more. It has never lost sight of the primary focus of the event – the theme of transport and vehicle exhibits.
With that in mind, the organisers are always on the hunt for any kinds of interesting vehicles of any shape, form or variety to come along and attend on the day.
Dave Carlos, Festival Director explains “We’re looking for anything with a story. Commercial vehicles, vans and trucks are very welcome – from the vintage Builders Supplies van to the enormous GPS enabled digger which Balfour Beatty first brought along in 2016 from the Fleetwood sea defence works.
“Vehicles don’t need to be old – they just need to be interesting. Our friends from the Coastguard and RNLI will be there along with other emergency services, but you might know someone who has for example, a vintage ambulance!”
Dave added “Liveried vehicles, motor bikes and even push bikes are all welcome. And if you have an interesting commercial exhibit that could come along for the day, don’t forget that it’s good exposure for your business. It could even be a team building exercise for your staff!”
If you have a vehicle which you would like to exhibit you can find the entry details and application form below.
There is a small charge of £3 per car. If a club wants to attend the charge is only £10 regardless of the number of vehicles they would like to bring. Commercial vehicles are very welcome and free to display.
